- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries and provide precise information regarding our products and services.
- Re-schedule appointments for clients who were unable to attend.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback, scheduling follow-up calls as necessary.
- Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
