Position Available:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be adept at fostering robust relationships with clients and enhancing revenue through effective business development and portfolio oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expanding the client portfolio through customer-focused initiatives
  • Driving prospecting and development activities
  • Employing analytical tools to uncover opportunities
  • Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Interpreting data to inform business strategies
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel within the local area
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or sales support
  • Previous experience in the automotive sector
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
