Applied Innovation is in search of a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to take on the role of vCIO/Technical Account Manager. This position is pivotal in managing post-sales relationships and ensuring our clients' technology needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing a portfolio of existing clients and addressing their technology and security requirements.
- Actively listening to clients to comprehend their technology demands and financial limitations.
- Documenting the clients' technological landscape.
- Identifying necessary products and services to optimize the client's technology environment.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to prepare accurate quotations.
- Researching technology trends and compiling recent client activities to formulate strategic technology roadmaps.
- Engaging with clients to review technology roadmaps, addressing their needs, and providing expert guidance.
- Participating in meetings with the Service team to relay client feedback.
- Regularly advising clients on technology advancements and opportunities through quarterly reviews and strategic sessions.
- Fostering and nurturing business relationships is essential for our growth.
- Conducting meetings and strategic planning discussions with clients.
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and engaging communication style.
- Providing mentorship and support to Technology Specialists.
- Staying informed about the latest software and hardware developments.
- Efficiently managing time with minimal supervision.

- Familiarity with:
- Windows Desktop Operating Systems and productivity applications
- Apple iOS/Android OS devices
- Setup, Configuration, and Administration of Exchange and Office 365
- Windows Server Setup, Configuration, and Administration
- VMWare Server Setup, Configuration, and Administration
- Managed Switch and Router Configuration and Administration
- Firewall Configuration and Administration
- Wireless Network Configuration and Administration
- Backup Configuration and Administration
- Ability to present effectively in small group settings.
- Capability to master the features of a defined product line.
- Proficiency in interpreting complex network architectures.
- Skill in guiding team members through the resolution of intricate issues.
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently.
- Competence in following and drafting procedural documentation.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Dependability, professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Quick learning and adaptation to new information technology systems.
- High level of flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- A four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience and education.
- Experience in leadership roles and in articulating complex solutions to executives.
This role typically involves indoor work, with occasional travel for client meetings outside of standard business hours. The position is considered active, and the noise level in the work environment is generally low to moderate.
