Position Summary: We are in search of a meticulous and organized Office Coordinator to join our Landowner Care & Payment Services Team. This role is essential in enhancing our team's productivity through effective administrative support. Key responsibilities include managing landowner inquiries, ensuring precise document management, and maintaining organized project materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Landowner Support: Respond to inquiries via the Landowner Care Hotline, collect relevant information, and direct queries to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert. Collaborate with Financial Services Specialists to foster positive relationships with landowners and clients.
  • Document Oversight: Ensure the accuracy and quality of documents. This involves conducting quality assurance checks, liaising with teams for necessary documentation, and thoroughly reviewing deeds, titles, appraisals, and other supporting materials. Work with the team to file memorandums with the relevant county as needed.
  • Project Management: Gather, organize, and uphold project materials in accordance with Atwell's project filing protocols.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with the Senior Financial Services Specialist and Project Manager to guarantee the successful execution of tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma is required.
  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is vital.
  • A commitment to precision and meeting deadlines is crucial.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion is paramount.
