- Billing and Finance: Process billing for all participants, collect and record fee payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant information, including demographic data, medical history, and billing information.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with participants, care partners, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Senior Adult Services team to ensure effective service delivery and meet the needs of our participants.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, ability to adapt to change, good communication and writing skills, and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency using Microsoft Office and electronic record management systems.
The Administrative Coordinator will work in a moderate noise environment with the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. The position requires light to moderate lifting and the ability to work in a confined area.
