Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute implementation, migration, and administration tasks associated with Apex's solution offerings.
  • Assess client security frameworks and recommend or deploy new tools, policies, or configurations.
  • Conduct assessments and discovery sessions to outline client project scopes, estimates, and proposals.
  • Stay updated with the latest concepts, skills, and certifications relevant to the qualifications outlined below.
  • Effectively manage time to achieve billable utilization targets.
  • Support team members in presenting proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for internal use and client presentations.
  • Address escalated support and administrative requests for the Apex Managed Services team.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Office 365.
  • Experience in Windows Server deployment and administration.
  • Knowledge of server virtualization technologies, including Hyper-V and VMWare.
  • Expertise in deploying and managing network and security hardware solutions.
  • Experience with backup and restore management.
  • Familiarity with identity management and Single Sign-On (Active Directory and Entra ID).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, including collaboration, calling, and meetings.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure, including Virtual Machines and Virtual Networks.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerShell.
