Outside Business Development Manager

- Meet and exceed annual revenue quota of $80,000 - $100,000+
- Pursue leads as presented by the SDR, BDR, and Partner Teams to progress them to the opportunity stage and eventually win business.
- Conduct online demos of APS products and complete sales with minimal supervision.
- Stay up-to-date on product and system knowledge to effectively demonstrate the APS Technology Platform.
- Manage sales activity and opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com, following Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements on sales processes and use of Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher preferred.
- Experience in sales, specifically B2B, preferred.
- Working knowledge of web-based technology and an appreciation for its impact on business operations.
- Ability to effectively communicate with business owners, C-level executives, controllers, and HR managers or other personas.
