Business Development Manager

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sports and entrepreneurship?
We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at TMRW Sports, Inc.
This is a part-time position that requires approximately 20 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will support our licensing team while providing administrative contributions to our internal legal team.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Support all aspects of the day-to-day licensing program, including internal, agency, team, and partner communication, participation in meetings, and preparation of presentations.
- Organize, track, and monitor brand guidelines, product approval process, retail partnerships, and sales and royalty reporting.
- Coordinate internal promotional merchandise and partner hospitality programs.
- Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, commercial contracts, and correspondence.
- Organize, track, and monitor the status of material agreements and contract forms database.
- Assist in contract management and document signature systems.
