Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Luminis Health. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, as well as other hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Document and track technical issues using our problem tracking application
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support environment
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software components, including desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
