Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to customers, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Record events and solutions, update customer information
  • Provide feedback for process improvement
  • Mentor and supervise project team members

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • DoD IAT Level II Certification within 6 months
  • Preferred industry certifications such as A+ or Security+
  • Experience with help desk systems like Atlasian or ServiceNow
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field

Clearance Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Active Top Secret with CI Polygraph

Physical Requirements

  • Stationary position 50% of the time
  • Moving within the office to access resources
