Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to customers, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Record events and solutions, update customer information
- Provide feedback for process improvement
- Mentor and supervise project team members
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- DoD IAT Level II Certification within 6 months
- Preferred industry certifications such as A+ or Security+
- Experience with help desk systems like Atlasian or ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
Clearance Requirements
- US Citizen
- Active Top Secret with CI Polygraph
Physical Requirements
- Stationary position 50% of the time
- Moving within the office to access resources
