Role Overview: Homeowners Association Coordinator

As a vital member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to the land development and management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks related to land development and association management.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive files for all contracts, vendors, and development projects.
  • Process and track invoices and contracts using JD Edwards.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor insurance requirements and assist in onboarding new vendors.
  • Help prepare documentation necessary for forming corporations and declarations for associations.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure all documents meet regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the review and preparation of budgets submitted by management companies.
  • Evaluate insurance needs for associations and obtain necessary coverage quotes.
  • Coordinate the distribution of recorded documents to ensure compliance.
  • Support the transition of associations from developers.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the homebuilding sector.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and mathematical skills.
  • A professional demeanor to represent the company positively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Compensation Overview:
We anticipate the base compensation for this position to be around $35 per hour, subject to adjustments based on qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations.
  • This position may qualify for bonuses and commissions.
