Compensation and Benefits Overview:
$68,000 base annual salary

$68,000 - $90,000 annually, inclusive of performance-based commissions

Commission potential reaching up to $90,000, contingent on portfolio size.

Relocation assistance may be offered to qualified candidates.

Emergency on-call compensation provided.

Mileage reimbursement according to IRS rates for the current year.

Key Responsibilities:
The HOA Portfolio Manager is tasked with managing the daily operations of homeowner associations in collaboration with the HOA board of directors. Responsibilities encompass:
  • Resolving conflicts and disputes
  • Collecting association dues
  • Coordinating onsite maintenance and landscaping in accordance with contractual agreements
  • 3-5 years of experience in HOA Portfolio Management
  • Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Soliciting bids for services
  • Arranging routine and requested maintenance and repairs
  • Engaging with Board members, homeowners, service providers, and residents
  • Planning and leading community initiatives; advising board members
  • Enforcing community rules and regulations
  • Facilitating dispute resolution
  • Participating in Board and Community Meetings
  • Securing insurance coverage and renewals
  • Conducting property site inspections
  • Experience in HOA/Condo management
  • CMCA Certification preferred
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local housing regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to learn HOA property management systems and software

The HOA Portfolio Manager role is dynamic, and additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.
