About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HOA Portfolio Manager to join our team at Invest West Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a homeowner's association in cooperation with the HOA board of directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a homeowner's association, including resolving disputes, collecting dues, and performing maintenance and repairs.
  • Work closely with the HOA board of directors to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets and financials, including procuring bids and arranging for maintenance and repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with board members, owners, service providers, and residents.
  • Plan and lead community initiatives, advise board members, and enforce community rules and regulations.
  • Assist with dispute resolution and attend board and community meetings.
  • Procure insurance coverage and renewals, and conduct property site inspections.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HOA Portfolio Manager or in a related field.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office and learn HOA property management systems and software.
  • CMCA Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Federal, state, and local housing laws.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $68,000 - $90,000 annually, including performance commissions.
  • 100% employer-paid medical, vision, and dental insurance, with dependent coverage available at cost.
  • Relocation assistance may be possible for a qualified candidate.
  • Emergency on-call compensation, mileage compensation based on IRS rates, and a 401(K) with company match.
  • Year-end holiday bonus paid annually.
