Overview
The Financial Center Manager role involves overseeing our operations in a designated financial center.
The main objective of this position is to lead and manage the operations, personnel, and business performance of a specific financial center. The selected candidate will create and execute the center's sales and service strategies to ensure an exceptional customer experience, cultivate and expand profitable customer relationships within the existing clientele and the broader community, align with corporate goals, and comply with operational risk, compliance, and regulatory standards. Level II Managers will operate in financial centers that necessitate a greater level of complexity and scope compared to Level I Managers, with an emphasis on external business development to maximize growth and profitability for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Organize, delegate, and assess the work of team members, conduct candidate screenings, provide mentorship and coaching, set individual objectives, oversee workflow and quality, manage performance evaluations, recommend compensation adjustments, and collaborate with Human Resources to address employment-related matters.
- Formulate and execute the financial center's business strategy to guide the sales and service teams in achieving established targets for both new and existing clients, supervise the application of the Sales Management Process, and assess individual and collective performance.
- Establish and nurture relationships within the local community, engage with individuals, small businesses, business associations, and community organizations, identify and analyze business banking prospects, devise and implement marketing strategies for financial products and services, actively participate in sales initiatives, and represent the organization positively within the community.
- Oversee the adherence to established internal operating procedures, ensure compliance with all risk management and regulatory initiatives, evaluate the operational efficiency of the center, and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while resolving escalated customer concerns.
- Contribute to and advocate for broader business and corporate initiatives, consistently communicate with staff and stakeholders in support of the organization's strategic objectives, guide the center team through organizational changes, collaborate with the commercial segment, support business planning, champion cultural initiatives, and participate in relevant focus groups and task forces as needed.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. (Required)
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in Banking, Financial Services, or Sales. (Required)
At least 3 years in a leadership role within Sales, Operations, or Risk Management. (Required)
Other Duties as Assigned by Manager
This position may entail additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Every employee is accountable for understanding and adhering to all compliance programs, regulations, and policies relevant to their role, ensuring completion of compliance training assignments by established deadlines, identifying compliance risks, and escalating them to the appropriate management level.
Pay Transparency

Salary ranges are determined based on the position, function, and responsibilities, benchmarked against similar organizations in our industry. Compensation will be influenced by factors such as the candidate's expertise, skills, experience, and relevant credentials. Salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
Additional Compensation Components
This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive compensation plan based on individual and company performance.
