Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Manage the community's budget and finances, ensuring that we achieve our financial targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care and services to our residents and their families.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that we have the skills and expertise needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities, ensuring that we grow our market share and achieve our revenue targets.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that we comply with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare, or social services.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living operations, with a proven track record of success in leadership and management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as the Certified Administrator (CA) or the Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL).
