Key Responsibilities:
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will oversee all facets of inventory management, providing guidance and strategic direction to your team to ensure optimal results are achieved.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Achieving revenue and EBITDA objectives while managing profit and loss.
2. Training, mentoring, and developing team members to realize their potential within a growing organization.
3. Ensuring appropriate staffing and coverage through effective scheduling aligned with sales forecasts.
4. Developing strategies to maintain high Customer Satisfaction scores.
5. Upholding company and store merchandising standards, ensuring a consistently organized, clean, and engaging in-store experience.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar operational role.
- Approximately 2 years of supervisory or management experience leading teams.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 5% for meetings and training.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with retail systems and processes.
