Overview

The Financial Center Operations Leader will oversee the operations of our financial center, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency.

The primary role of this position is to lead and manage the daily operations, staff, and overall performance of a designated financial center. The incumbent will create and execute the center's sales and service strategies to provide an exceptional customer experience, cultivate and expand profitable customer relationships, align with corporate objectives, and comply with all operational and regulatory standards. This role requires a higher level of expertise and complexity, focusing on external business development to maximize growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Organize, delegate, and assess the work of staff, recruit and select candidates, offer guidance and coaching, set individual performance goals, monitor workflow and quality, manage performance evaluations, and collaborate with Human Resources on employment matters.
  • Design and implement the financial center's strategic business plan to drive the efforts of the sales and service team towards achieving established targets for both new and existing clients, ensuring adherence to the sales management process.
  • Establish and maintain a robust network within the local community, engaging with individuals, small businesses, and community organizations to identify business banking opportunities and develop marketing strategies for our products and services.
  • Ensure the execution of established internal processes and compliance with risk management initiatives and regulations, assess operational efficiency, and make necessary adjustments to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Support broader corporate initiatives, effectively communicate strategic goals to staff and stakeholders, lead the team through organizational changes, and collaborate with various segments to champion cultural initiatives.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. (Required)

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in Banking, Financial Services, or Sales. (Required)

At least 3 years in a leadership role focused on Sales, Operations, or Risk Management. (Required)

Other Duties as Assigned

This role may encompass additional responsibilities as directed by management. All employees are expected to understand and comply with company policies and procedures, including those related to compliance and risk management.

Pay Transparency

We provide transparency in our compensation practices by sharing salary ranges for all positions. Compensation is determined based on various factors, including the candidate's experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $59,000 to $99,800 annually.
