POSITION SUMMARY


The Enrollment Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, enrollment, and retention processes of students, ensuring a diverse and inclusive student body. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to maintain a full school population while fostering relationships with prospective students and their families.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Student Data Management

  • Input and maintain student information in the school's data management systems.
  • Oversee the enrollment and re-enrollment processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of student records to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to requests for student records from authorized parties.
  • Generate and distribute weekly enrollment reports.

Recruitment and Enrollment

  • Stay informed about current laws and regulations related to student enrollment.
  • Review and update application materials as necessary to comply with legal standards.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive student recruitment strategy.
  • Assist families with the onboarding process for new and returning students.
  • Organize informational events for prospective students and their families.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local educational institutions.
  • Create promotional materials to effectively communicate the school's offerings.
  • Conduct audits of student files to ensure compliance.
  • Manage student withdrawals and new enrollments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of student information systems.
  • Provide timely updates on enrollment statistics for each school site.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare and present enrollment reports that analyze trends and demographics.
  • Maintain an active waitlist for prospective students.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting for federal programs.

Transportation Coordination

  • Work with local school districts to facilitate transportation for eligible students.
  • Communicate changes in transportation arrangements to families.
  • Manage the distribution of transportation passes to eligible students.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Completion of at least two years of higher education; or
  • Possession of an Associate's degree (or higher); or
  • A combination of relevant education and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of one year of experience in an office or educational setting.
  • Proficient in computer usage and office software.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

COMPENSATION

The starting salary for this position is $45,000, determined based on experience and educational qualifications.
