- Build and maintain relationships with community referral sources, agencies, and healthcare professionals to promote understanding of the PACE Organization and facilitate referrals/enrollments.
- Collaborate to enhance the PACE Organization's presence in the community, identifying sales opportunities and establishing connections with referral sources.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve growth objectives in alignment with management goals.
- Conduct presentations and in-services for the community as needed.
- Utilize a CRM system to monitor and manage referral data.
- Associate's Degree preferred, with at least two years of experience in sales or marketing. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance, along with reliable transportation.
- Must demonstrate action-oriented behavior, strong business acumen, conflict management skills, customer focus, high decision quality, adaptability to change, and organizational agility. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment is essential.
