Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Team Lead to implement outreach initiatives
  • Identify and connect with prospective new members
  • Inform potential members about the services offered by Absolute Care
  • Facilitate the enrollment process for new members
  • Provide transportation for members to care facilities
  • Document daily outreach efforts
  • Foster meaningful connections with members
  • Advocate for Absolute Care as the primary source for healthcare solutions
  • Adopt and promote Absolute Care's customer service ethos

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach within community, health, or social services
  • Familiarity with the local area
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Genuine interest in enhancing healthcare access
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player with a strong customer service orientation
  • Prior sales experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular travel using a personal vehicle
  • Frequent walking is necessary
