  • Coordinate the development of test strategies in collaboration with other Systems Engineers and functional teams, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing systems for robotics hardware and software.
  • Manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle, addressing and resolving issues promptly.

Specific Duties:

  • Ensure 100% traceability of product requirements and architectural definitions from project initiation to customer implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional design reviews, documenting architectural decisions and trade studies to guide design solutions.
  • Implement design controls and utilize the V-model framework to enhance requirement traceability and testing comprehensiveness.
  • Identify and assess potential project risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Review technical documentation, supporting the creation of training materials for end-users.
  • Analyze test results, preparing detailed reports that document defects and perform root cause analysis.
  • Conduct system-level troubleshooting and debugging of hardware/software subsystems.
  • Enhance automated testing infrastructure and maintain existing software test suites.
  • Prototype and evaluate new hardware/software technologies, conducting functional demonstrations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:
