4. Ensure adherence to IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards and regulations.
5. Utilize 8D problem-solving techniques to address and rectify quality concerns.
6. Perform regular audits and inspections to confirm compliance with quality benchmarks.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality initiatives and enhancements.
8. Analyze quality metrics and data to discover improvement opportunities and execute action plans.
9. Provide technical support and training to team members regarding quality assurance practices.
10. Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in the quality engineering domain.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a quality engineering capacity within the engineering sector.
3. Demonstrated expertise in PFMEA, control plans, IATF standards, 8D methodologies, and quality management.
4. Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance principles and best practices.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
6. Capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficient in quality management software and tools.
9. Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
