Job Overview

TALENIQUE INC is a leading manufacturer specializing in custom thermoset resin castings, utilizing advanced epoxy, urethane, and silicone materials. Our products are engineered for exceptional performance across various demanding sectors, including Semiconductor, RF Microwave, and Medical.

The organization is seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to join our team. This position involves operating multiple CNC Lathe centers to transform liquid resin castings into high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with all relevant Quality Management System Processes.
  • Train and operate CNC Lathes to manufacture parts that meet precise specifications, including starting and stopping machines, loading stock, and installing tools.
  • Interpret job travelers, manufacturing drawings, tool drawings, and sketches to execute tasks accurately.
  • Utilize comparators, gauges, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and quality of work.
  • Maintain the machines by performing cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage scrap and chips from the machining process, ensuring proper separation and identification of work and scrap materials.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in operating various multi-axis machines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
  • Demonstrated drive to succeed while working effectively and efficiently.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a job shop environment.
  • Ability to utilize a variety of measurement devices, including optical comparators, indicators, micrometers, verniers, pitch micrometers, and CMM.
  • Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions to assess product conformance.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8-hour shifts.

Compensation

Salary up to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
