Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to become a vital part of our innovative team in the Engineering sector.

The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that quality benchmarks are achieved and sustained, designing quality management systems, and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.

This role demands an individual with substantial expertise in PFMEA, control plans, IATF standards, 8D methodologies, and quality assurance practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to quality assurance, an acute attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute quality management systems to guarantee product uniformity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) to detect potential risks and implement suitable control strategies.
  • Prepare and oversee control plans to maintain product quality and uniformity.
  • Ensure adherence to IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards and protocols.
  • Utilize 8D problem-solving techniques to tackle and resolve quality challenges.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections to confirm compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality initiatives and enhancements.
  • Analyze quality metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and execute action plans.
  • Provide technical direction and training to team members on quality assurance topics.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the quality engineering domain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering capacity within the Engineering sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with PFMEA, control plans, IATF standards, 8D methodologies, and quality assurance.
  • Strong grasp of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in quality management software and tools.
  • Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
