As a key member of the Photon Sports team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with potential partners and clients, and create strategies to expand our reach in the sports technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and market penetration goals in the US market.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including front office, coaches, fitness professionals, and athletic organizations.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure customer needs align with our product offerings.
  • Represent Photon Sports Technologies at industry/trade events.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify potential new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, ideally within sports technology, rehabilitation, or fitness industries.
  • A strong network within the sports performance sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools, ideally HubSpot.
  • Passion for sports technology and a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
