Position Overview
This role is designed to ensure that retailers recognize the significance of the tobacco sector in their operations, how it enhances sales across other categories, and the potential opportunities it presents for their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Route Planning & Execution: Actively participate in establishing territory objectives aligned with market priorities. Determine optimal locations for various activities and ensure effective communication with customers for business presentations.
  • Strategic Insights & Business Advisory: Analyze data from the territory to support local insights and identify future planning opportunities. Monitor competitor performance and gather pricing information to inform business strategies.
  • Negotiation & Sales Process: Independently negotiate contracts that benefit the company within the territory. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and utilize data to enhance sales strategies.
  • Logistics Management: Manage stock merchandising and educate store staff on effective ordering practices to optimize product availability.
  • Performance Assessment: Evaluate achievement against objectives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess experience in FMCG sales, preferably within the tobacco sector, along with advanced communication, selling, and analytical skills.
