Key Responsibilities- Work alongside an Elite Coach to learn Fischer Homes' new home sales process and develop your sales skills
- Ensure our communities, models, and market homes serve as exceptional sales tools
- Complete Sales eLearning courses, including a full practice demonstrating the sales process
- Shop competitors to understand our unique selling features
- Coordinate community and Realtor events with the Elite Coach
- Conduct prospecting calls with the Elite Coach
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields

The Sales Consultant Co-op/Intern will be required to:
- Sit or stand for long periods of time and walk on various types of terrain, including uneven surfaces, construction sites, and residential properties
- Utilize sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) and technology (i.e. cellphone) to effectively communicate with other Associates and customers
- Perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, etc.
- Climb permanent stairs, temporary stairs, and ladders
- Have the physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs. unassisted throughout the workday
- Endure and be exposed to different types of conditions, including weather (heat, cold, rain, ice, etc.) and substances such as dust, dirt, and fumes
- Properly use and wear protective gear provided, including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed shoes, etc.
