Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Exterior Remodeling Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Self-Generating Sales Activities
    • Creatively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
  • Consultative Selling
    • Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations.
    • Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more.
    • Tailor solutions to meet each customer's unique requirements.
    • Create strong, lasting relationships with customers.
    • Ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Quota Achievement
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
    • Maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.
  • Prescheduled Leads
    • Successfully convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers.
    • Demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, self-confident, and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Strong will, driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
  • Fearless and not afraid of heights, with physical ability to climb ladders to roofs.
