Role Overview:

The Client Service Partner is responsible for developing and implementing service strategies aimed at enhancing user engagement and achieving usage goals for designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the main liaison for users within established client accounts, concentrating on boosting user engagement, usage, and retention.
  • Builds enduring relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Continuously assesses account performance and devises strategies for improved engagement.
  • Provides training and support to ensure optimal use of Bloomberg Industry Group products, including onboarding new personnel at client organizations.
  • Assists clients in setting up notifications, dashboards, and other tools.
  • Works closely with Relationship Partners to create tailored strategies for accounts and pinpoint further sales and growth prospects.
  • Engages in special projects and other assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the relevant market (e.g., legal firms, tax and accounting, corporate sectors) is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated capability to prioritize accounts and juggle multiple projects to fulfill business objectives and timelines.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years of proven success in sales or account management within a comparable business environment.
  • Prior experience in Account Management is preferred.
