Job Title: Change Management & Communication Lead

Job Summary:

Development InfoStructure LLC. is seeking an experienced Change Management & Communication Lead to join one of our Department of State programs in Rosslyn, VA. The successful candidate will provide stakeholder interface with Business Leads, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and execute the overall change and communication plan and stakeholder engagement plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to inform stakeholders of USRAP changes and updates
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with the START Product Owner and Production Support team to ensure efficient and effective processing
  • Provide expertise on USRAP Program and ServiceNow capabilities
  • Maintain awareness of RSC and RPC policies, plans, initiatives, and developments impacting USRAP Partners
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and collect feedback from RSC staff members
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss policy, process, and system changes
  • Provide recommendations to RSCs on opportunities for increased engagement with staff
  • Review and provide feedback on START release items and release note drafts
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow reports to monitor START system usage
  • Assist the RPC Help Desk with user account management practices and updates
  • Monitor and assess stakeholder engagement and user adoption as new releases go-live

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Change Management and communications, with a structured change management methodology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a CMO or PMO environment
  • Experience working in a federal IT-related industry is a plus
  • Superior communication skills and ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Experience interfacing with government customers to understand, interpret, and analyze requirements
  • Ability to supervise and lead others
  • Must be capable of working in a demanding environment with minimal direct oversight
  • Experience writing and delivering performance assessments and providing constructive feedback
  • Strong ability to use MS Office to create communications documents

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field, or Associate's Degree with 10 years of experience may be substituted
  • PMP Preferred
