About the Role:
ICF International Inc is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to support a government project focused on building and managing a relationship management solution for its partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with ICF's CRM strategists and partner experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead integrations from legacy applications and develop programmatic development resources.
- Supervise and assist team members to scope and implement complex business solutions.
- Support the implementation and management of a CRM solution to track bilateral and multilateral relationships with cyber partners.
- Participate in the complete application life cycle from technical design to deployment of a high-quality solution.
- Support the rollout of the solution, including offering training and support for partnership teams.
- Identify and recommend creative solutions to manage relationships.
- Communicate and collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and technical issues.
- Engage in reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience with customer relationship management solutions.
- Experience in helping coordinate with team members and capturing information to share with other stakeholders.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, data modeling, design patterns, relational database systems, and operating systems.
- Ability to debug and resolve technical bugs/issues.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work well with customers both individually and in a highly collaborative team.
