Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to meet/exceed an assigned quota. This will involve building strong relationships with dealers, providing sales training, and demonstrating products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage new and existing dealers in the Construction/Geo-Positioning market.
  • Assist dealers in providing sales training to their staff in Topcon technology and products.
  • Develops and executes a sales plan.
  • Prospects for new dealers.
  • Works with dealers to demonstrate products.
  • Prepares proposals.
  • Attends trade shows.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
  • BS in Marketing, Sales, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience and training.
  • 2-5 years' business-to-business sales experience.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Personable and able to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales-focused with a solid sales background.
  • Strong construction industry knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
