Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to meet/exceed an assigned quota. This will involve building strong relationships with dealers, providing sales training, and demonstrating products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage new and existing dealers in the Construction/Geo-Positioning market.
- Assist dealers in providing sales training to their staff in Topcon technology and products.
- Develops and executes a sales plan.
- Prospects for new dealers.
- Works with dealers to demonstrate products.
- Prepares proposals.
- Attends trade shows.
- Performs other duties as required.
- BS in Marketing, Sales, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience and training.
- 2-5 years' business-to-business sales experience.
- A self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Personable and able to build strong relationships with customers.
- Sales-focused with a solid sales background.
- Strong construction industry knowledge and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
