Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Dura-Lite Heat Transfer Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Midwest USA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market penetration
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and visits
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Provide product knowledge and sales skill training to our dealer network
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services
- Collaborate with our customer support team to deliver exceptional customer service
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the heavy duty trucking or automotive industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with some international travel required
- Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
- Commission-based salary
