Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Sioux Chief Mfg Co, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and direct their specific sales region, managing sales performance and working with independent rep agencies to maximize sales opportunities.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing customer relationships, increasing business with existing customers, and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction trade, PEX plumbing, and radiant heating, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual targets and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, independent rep agencies, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to customers on Loop-Cad software and CPS product line
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and conference calls to promote CPS products and services
  • Travel a minimum of 50% of the time, reporting trip highlights and customer feedback to management
Requirements:
  • University or College degree (desired)
  • 5 years industry experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Past experience with construction trade, manufacturers representative, wholesale distributor, contractor, or builder
  • Understanding of PEX plumbing and radiant heating
  • Competent in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000/year
