Regional Sales Director

Excelligence Learning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Midwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Early Childhood and Public Sector markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify key accounts, create sales plans, and monitor progress toward targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coach team members on strategically planning and executing selling activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to optimize efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional sales and service delivery.
- Support Account Managers in addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and negotiating contracts as needed.
- Cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure alignment in strategies and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Management, preferably in the Educational Products/Services Industry (Early Childhood and/or Public Sector).
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals.
