Key Responsibilities of the Field Parts Sales Representative:

  • Achieve sales and gross profit targets established by the Parts Manager.
  • Regularly engage with existing accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively promote all available products relevant to current applications.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of all vendor products, merchandising programs, dealership parts, ordering and inventory systems, and dealership credit policies.
  • Establish daily contact with major accounts.
  • Manage tasks within the allocated budget for travel and entertainment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Field Parts Sales Representative:

  • A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
  • A combination of education, training, or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities is essential. Additional product training is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales and/or counter operations is required.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
