Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth for LHC Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to educate referral sources about LHC Group's services and value proposition
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and clinical, to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior sales experience in the home health or hospice industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
