Position Overview:
Inceed is collaborating with a reputable organization to identify a proficient Sales Support Representative to enhance their team.
The Sales Support Representative will operate part-time from a designated location, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and generating potential leads for the client's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers regarding specific HVAC systems, maintenance services, and more.
- Stimulate interest and generate leads among customers.
- Relay leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
- Strong customer service and sales-oriented demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
- Experience in lead generation activities.
- Familiarity with addressing inquiries about products and services.
- Access to three medical health insurance plans, along with dental and vision coverage.
- Options for voluntary and long-term disability insurance.
- Paid Time Off, 401k contributions, and holiday pay.
- Weekly direct deposit or pay card options.
- Work Hours:
- Thursday & Friday: 4pm to 8pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 10am to 3pm
- Incentives: This role includes a bonus structure for every lead that transitions into a sales appointment, as well as for each lead that results in a sale of the client's products.
