Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the local market.
- Collaborate with our clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to home.
- Participate in developing new business opportunities through community outreach and market research.
- Present disease-specific clinical programs to promote positive patient outcomes and improve our reputation in the industry.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop an agency-wide marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of medical sales experience in the local market.
- Home health sales experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
