About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at AccentCare. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, case managers, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the local market.
  • Collaborate with our clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to home.
  • Participate in developing new business opportunities through community outreach and market research.
  • Present disease-specific clinical programs to promote positive patient outcomes and improve our reputation in the industry.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop an agency-wide marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least one year of medical sales experience in the local market.
  • Home health sales experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
