Job Title: Business Development Representative

Stratus Building Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting individual account sales objectives and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet individual and group account sales objectives
  • Run appointments set by the inside sales team and deliver the Stratus presentation
  • Prepare and review new business proposals with accuracy and professionalism
  • Deliver proposals within 48 business hours of running the appointment
  • Follow up with prospective clients regularly until a sold/lost determination is made
  • Work with the Director of Business Development/Regional Director to achieve individual objectives and develop tools for tracking established objectives
  • Develop and maintain economic and market intelligence files
  • Establish and maintain prospect and customer files
  • Coordinate the start-up of new accounts with Franchise Business Consultants
  • Make recommendations concerning effective sales methods and techniques
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn
  • Ability to navigate the internet and various platforms
