Business Development Representative

Stratus Building Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting individual account sales objectives and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:- Meet individual and group account sales objectives
- Run appointments set by the inside sales team and deliver the Stratus presentation
- Prepare and review new business proposals with accuracy and professionalism
- Deliver proposals within 48 business hours of running the appointment
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly until a sold/lost determination is made
- Work with the Director of Business Development/Regional Director to achieve individual objectives and develop tools for tracking established objectives
- Develop and maintain economic and market intelligence files
- Establish and maintain prospect and customer files
- Coordinate the start-up of new accounts with Franchise Business Consultants
- Make recommendations concerning effective sales methods and techniques
- Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn
- Ability to navigate the internet and various platforms
