Position Overview

We are in search of a Client Communications Associate to enhance the CM Americas Team. The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with various internal departments to develop tailored presentation materials that adhere to both regulatory and brand standards for client servicing and prospect engagements. This position necessitates a professional who can act as a liaison between product strategy teams, compliance, and account management to facilitate smooth communication and teamwork.

Core Responsibilities

The essential responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams to develop client-facing and marketing materials for institutional clients.
  • Collect and analyze client portfolio data utilizing both internal and external applications.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, offering assistance to team members as needed with enthusiasm.
Position Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.2 overall.
  • 2-6 years of experience in financial services, asset management, investment banking, investment consulting, accounting, or a similar professional setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formula manipulation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Intermediate skills in PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, proprietary attribution and performance systems, and external databases to automate and streamline tasks, along with troubleshooting capabilities related to templates and internal systems.
  • A strong client service orientation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of staff in various departments.
  • Effective time management skills to ensure quality and detail-oriented work is completed accurately and punctually.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional environment with frequent shifts in priorities.
  • A strong ethical foundation and integrity, aligning with PIMCO's values.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A background or interest in economics.
  • Experience with manipulating queries in Business Objects, InfoCube, and VBA is advantageous.
