We manage the complete process of delivering these products and services, which includes Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, as well as Servicing and Maintenance. As a licensed C-10 contractor, we operate construction teams in multiple regions.

Position Overview

This position is in-office, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is an entry-level opportunity for driven individuals with a background in sales or customer service, along with exceptional communication skills. As a Client Engagement Specialist, your main duty will be to relay updates and expectations to clients. You will work closely with sales and engineering teams, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and playing a crucial role in monitoring project progress. This is a fantastic opportunity for those eager to delve into the EV charging and renewable energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with current clients while establishing connections with prospective clients.
  • Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Evaluate client feedback to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Monitor client trends and communicate findings to management.
  • Regularly provide updates on client accounts.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with clients.
  • Act as an advocate for clients to ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
  • Exhibits strong business insight, prioritization skills, and sound judgment.
  • Committed to achieving excellence and consistently performing at a high level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Displays professionalism when managing sensitive information.
  • Collaborative and effective in a team environment.
  • Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable with reporting and presenting information.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Proven track record of following through on commitments.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous.
