We manage the complete lifecycle of our offerings, from Sales and Provisioning to Design, Engineering, Contracting, Construction, Servicing, and Maintenance. As a licensed C-10 contractor, we deploy construction teams across multiple regions.
Position Overview:
This position is office-based, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are seeking driven individuals with a background in sales or customer service, along with exceptional communication skills. As a Client Relationship Associate, your main duty will be to relay updates and expectations to clients. You will work closely with sales and engineering teams, playing a vital role in monitoring project progress and serving as the primary liaison for our clients. This is a remarkable opportunity for those looking to delve into the EV charging and renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and sustain relationships with current clients while establishing connections with potential clients.
- Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Evaluate client feedback to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.
- Monitor client trends and communicate findings to management.
- Proactively provide regular updates regarding client accounts.
- Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with clients.
- Advocate for clients to ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or a similar field.
- Exhibits strong business acumen, adept at prioritization, and capable of making informed decisions.
- Committed to excellence, consistently executing responsibilities at the highest standard.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in engaging effectively with individuals at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Displays professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a group setting.
- Outstanding multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable with reporting and presenting information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Proven track record of fulfilling commitments.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous.
Compensation: $26.00 per hour
