Position Overview

StretchLab is on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven Client Engagement Specialist who is passionate about fitness and community. Our new studios are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our clients through personalized stretching services.

Founded in 2015, StretchLab has established itself as a leader in the field of assisted stretching, offering both individual and group sessions. Our team comprises certified professionals from various disciplines, including physical therapy, yoga, and Pilates, ensuring that clients receive top-notch service. StretchLab's proprietary training program guarantees that our specialists deliver exceptional stretching experiences. With over 100 locations nationwide, we are excited to expand our reach and impact.

Role Purpose:

The Client Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager with membership sales by attracting new clients to the studio and scheduling them for introductory sessions, ultimately guiding them towards full memberships. This position also focuses on retaining existing members. A background in fitness is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service abilities are essential.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving sales targets for memberships and retail.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Part-time role typically ranging from 25 to 35 hours per week, with potential for additional hours.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize the Club Ready software system.
  • Ability to remain on your feet or seated for extended periods during the workday.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills are required.
  • Occasional local travel may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Schedule and confirm prospective clients for introductory sessions or classes.
  • Welcome and check-in clients and prospects upon their arrival at the studio.
  • Conduct facility tours while building rapport and identifying individual client needs.
  • Engage in promotional marketing events, including setup and breakdown of temporary facilities.
  • Manage social media accounts and send periodic communications to members under the General Manager's guidance.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
  • Promote the studio's objectives as a wellness provider.
  • Present available services to current and prospective members.
  • Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals and follow up with leads.
  • Participate in community events to promote the studio.
  • Accurately maintain Club Ready booking software in accordance with local and corporate procedures.
  • Ensure the studio environment is clean and adheres to health and safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
