Position Overview

We are in search of a Client Communications Associate to enhance the CM Americas Team. The main duty of this role involves collaborating with various internal departments to develop tailored presentation materials that adhere to both regulatory and brand standards for client servicing and prospect engagements. This position necessitates a professional who can act as a liaison between product strategy teams, compliance, and account management to facilitate smooth communication and teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams to develop client-facing and marketing materials for institutional clients.
  • Collect and analyze client portfolio data utilizing both internal and external applications.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality and detail-oriented work.
  • Foster a sense of teamwork, assisting colleagues as needed with enthusiasm and energy.
Position Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution is required.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.2 overall is expected.
  • 2-6 years of experience in financial services, asset management, investment banking, investment consulting, accounting, or a similar professional environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formula manipulation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Intermediate skills in PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, proprietary attribution and performance systems, and external databases to automate and streamline tasks.
  • A strong client service orientation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with all levels of staff across various departments.
  • Effective time management skills to ensure quality and detail-oriented work is completed accurately and punctually.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment with frequent shifts in priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A background or interest in economics.
  • Experience with manipulating queries in Business Objects, InfoCube, and VBA is advantageous.
PIMCO adopts a comprehensive compensation strategy that includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. The base salary is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus rewards performance and is based on company, business, team, and individual achievements.
