PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Address employee inquiries concerning company policies, procedures, and work-related issues.
  • Utilize judgment to provide relevant information and support to authorized personnel.
  • Direct requests and concerns to senior Human Resources staff as necessary.
  • Maintain and disseminate up-to-date employee information, policy manuals, organizational charts, and other communications.
  • Manage employee databases and generate personnel statistics and reports as needed.
  • Create complex charts, forms, and presentations using various software tools.
  • Advise employees on benefit eligibility and coverage options.
  • Conduct orientations for new hires and exit interviews.
  • Recommend changes and additions to benefits to the HR Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of unemployment claims.
  • Oversee salary adjustments and provide counsel to managers when required.
  • Review pay, classification, and grade modifications for policy compliance.
  • Draft job descriptions.
  • Advise managers on Affirmative Action obligations.
  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates, aligning their experience with job requirements for various openings.
  • May offer technical guidance to junior staff.
