Key Responsibilities- Provide support and assistance to individuals with daily living activities, including skills training and behavior interventions.
- Collaborate with RBT supervisors to deliver comprehensive behavior analytic services, including data collection and analysis.
- Develop and implement behavior plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
- Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records, adhering to regulatory requirements and Bridgewell procedures.
- Build positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or DSP certification preferred.
- Current Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and minimum 1 year of driving experience.
