Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with daily living activities, including skills training and behavior interventions.
  • Collaborate with RBT supervisors to deliver comprehensive behavior analytic services, including data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and implement behavior plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
  • Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records, adhering to regulatory requirements and Bridgewell procedures.
  • Build positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or DSP certification preferred.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum 1 year of driving experience.
