Human Capital Management System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ADP Software Administrator to join our team at Palmetto Goodwill. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, support, and development of our Human Capital Management System.
Key Responsibilities- System Development and Maintenance: Support the development and maintenance of our ADP software platform, including reviewing, testing, and implementing modules, enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing development.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with functional and technical staff to build and maintain an end-user matrix, providing appropriate and accurate system access across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Provide recommendations and suggestions to increase utilization, functionality, and efficiency to support organizational goals.
- Data Integrity and Confidentiality: Maintain system data, validation tables, system structure, etc., ensuring data integrity and confidentiality for applicants, team members, and company information.
- Reporting and Analytics: Ensure reporting capabilities support organizational needs, develop and implement training materials for standard and ad hoc reports, and provide training to end users.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and work directly with third-party software support to find resolutions in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Reporting: Complete annual compliance reporting, including Applicant Tracking, Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1, Vets 4212, etc., and validate and complete WOTC sec. 2 for all new hires.
- Training and Support: Develop a variety of SOPs, procedures, guides, manuals, and instructional tools for end-user training and support, act as a point of contact for system-related questions, and provide training for team leaders on system use, functionality, and ongoing developments.
- System Administration: Train new users on system access, processes, and functionality, build forms and templates as needed, upload documents, information, training materials, policies, procedures, etc., for access, and research and correctly resolve data and reporting discrepancies.
- Business Partnerships: Maintain appropriate data connectivity between recruitment and OFCCP dedicated outreach provider, maintain the same as needed for other business supporting partners and identified needs, and serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders.
- HR Software Support: Train and support system and end users on HR-related software processes, including recruitment and onboarding, new hire processing, workflow notifications, reporting, analytics, performance management, and team member self-service.
- Process Optimization: Explore new ways to harness HCM capabilities, improved workflows, and increase efficiencies, identify and communicate opportunities for improvements, streamlining, and improved efficiency.
- Compliance and Regulatory Standards: Comply with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas, maintain the same to meet CARF, Department of Labor, and other Regulatory standards.
