Job Summary:
As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our executives and sales operations team, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and managing visitor prescreening processes
- Maintaining a well-organized and stocked office environment
- Procuring office supplies within budgetary constraints
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinating company events and functions
- Serving as a central point of contact for communication within the company
Requirements:
- High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in office or executive administration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A warm and welcoming personality to greet guests and team members
