Sales Operations Coordinator at Crestwood Technology Group

The Sales Operations Coordinator is essential in facilitating the strategic and operational initiatives of the Sales Department at Crestwood Technology Group. This role provides support to the Sales Operations Manager across various responsibilities, including special projects, Account Management duties, performance metrics, and training initiatives. The individual in this position is empowered to execute assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in special projects aimed at improving delivery and quality metrics while supporting administrative functions for the Sales team.
  • Engage in activities related to Sales metrics as instructed by the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Organize and document training sessions for Sales staff, with a focus on onboarding new employees.
  • Update and maintain the Sales EPDS Manual, along with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment between Sales and Operations goals.
  • Oversee and manage incoming Purchase Orders, Return Merchandise Authorizations, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes, audit sales operations, and proactively address any challenges.
  • Keep Sales documentation current and support departmental meetings and compliance audits.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in project management, supply chain, or operational roles.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the Defense and Aerospace sectors is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and a process-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management capabilities.
